CCLI will launch SongSelect to provide churches with songs. The first step will be song lyrics only. In a second step melody lines and chord sheets will be provided as well. Eventually full harmony music sheets will be added to the songs. Please refer to the SongSelect page to find out more.
As to special musical arrangements like keyboard, choire arrangements etc. the owners have retained the rights for those to be reproduced under any licence. If you want to duplicate such arrangements you need to contact the appropriate owner/administrator and obtain permission.
It is important to understand however, that notation you find in common songbooks you are allowed to reproduce under a ccl licence. The restrictions explained above only apply to special arrangements to be found in appropriate publications (special songbooks for choires etc.).
